most people say that the looping patch issue with SC2 is because the servers are down, this is WRONG. It took me a while to find that so I hope this helps you. five and a half hours after the game went live I managed to get through. My first problem was actually buying the game, I got unnamed error on credit card transaction. I thought the servers are just down, but people are saying that they are playing the game. I bought the game yesterday, i still can't log in to authenticate it (all I want is offline single player campaign).
